We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted,
please follow these requirements:

Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show any signs of damage or wear.

Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Timeframe: Items must be shipped within one week (7 days) from today.

Tracking: Once you have dispatched the package, please email us the tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.
Processing Your Credit
Upon receipt and successful inspection of the item, we will promptly issue a store credit to your account.
Damages and issues
Customers need to notify us of any damages within 14 days from the date of the original invoice. No credit will be issued on items returned after that permitted time. We kindly ask customers to check for any damages as soon as you receive any shipment and contact us for any concerns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded as a store credit within 5 business days.
